I live outside the UK, can I purchase a sign?
Yes, we despatch to anywhere in the world. Please contact us for a quotation and delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a secure payment service using Worldpay, PayPal and also BACs payment.
How much is delivery?
Delivery will be automatically calculated on payment depending on your location and the product.
When will I receive my product?
Delivery is normally 2/3 weeks for slate signs and plaques, wedding signs normally despatched in 4/5 days to addresses in the UK unless otherwise quoted but if you require the sign for a particular date (e.g special occasion) then please advise on the order and we will make sure it is given priority and we will do everything possible to ensure it arrives for that date.
How will my sign arrive?
Depending on the product, we use Royal Mail and various courier services.
Where is my sign?
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your sign within 10 business days, please notify us and we will endeavour to track your order.
Do I need to drill any holes in the product?
Depending on the product (e.g. slate signs) all come pre-drilled and contain all the relevant fixings. Other products, like direction signs, have the option to choose where you would like your holes (if needed).
How do I clean my sign?
Each material is cleaned using a different method, so please refer to the product description for the correct procedure.
What if I don't like my sign?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on personalised signs once an order has been produced and dispatched. However if the sign is returned to us (at the customers expense) we may be able to offer a refund once the sign has been accepted back at our workshop and in the same condition that it was when dispatched.
What if my sign is damaged?
If you receive a damaged sign, please inform us immediately either by phone or by the email address on our contact page and we will send out a replacement if needed. If
