Only the best British slate, especially selected for its resistance to fading and frost, is used to make your slate nameplate which will last a lifetime. The letters are deeply cut into the slate and infilled with 23 ½ ct gold leaf.

Before the letters are cut each nameplate is drawn by our experienced craftsmen who ensure the correct size lettering and layout is used to suit each individual sign. The signs can be supplied with a house name, street name with or without a number or any wording of your choice.
 
The slate signs are available in Times Roman Bold and Times Roman Light. There is a choice of sizes and can be supplied with or without a border, and all signs are complete with holes and matching screws.

The slate number name plaque is made from dark grey slate quarried in the UK and especially chosen for its fade and frost resistance. No maintenance is required other than an occasional wash. These signs are not to be compared with the cheap, very thin, laser marked signs advertised elsewhere. All our signs are made from monumental quality slate 12 - 15mm thick with deeply engraved letters and will last a lifetime.
Lettering/borders infilled with 23 ½ ct gold leaf. All signs are custom designed and produced in our workshops.
